Why I’m Running for Kingman City Council

Kingman is more than a city to me — it’s home. It’s where I’ve lived, worked, volunteered, and built lifelong friendships. I’ve seen this community come together in times of joy and in moments of hardship, and I believe deeply in its potential to grow stronger, more connected, and more accountable to the people who call it home.

I’m running for Kingman City Council in 2026 because I believe it’s time for leadership that listens — leadership that values transparency, responsibility, and results. For too long, residents have felt unheard when it comes to how their tax dollars are spent, how decisions are made, and what the long-term vision for our city should be. I want to change that.

My approach is simple:

  • Transparency — Kingman deserves open communication and easy access to information.

  • Accountability — Every dollar matters, and city government should reflect that.

  • Community First — From small businesses to nonprofits and neighborhood programs, we rise when we invest in our people.

  • Growth with Purpose — Let’s plan smartly for the future, balancing progress with preservation of what makes Kingman special.

As a veteran, nonprofit leader, and community advocate, I’ve spent years working directly with people — solving problems, building partnerships, and creating programs that make a difference. I’ve learned that real leadership means rolling up your sleeves, listening to every perspective, and finding common ground to move forward.

This campaign isn’t about politics — it’s about people. It’s about building trust, restoring accountability, and ensuring Kingman’s next chapter reflects the values of the community we love.

Together, we can make Kingman stronger.
